| How it works

01 Shop with your EBT card

Place a pickup order at BJ's or Walmart and pay for eligible groceries with your EBT card.

02 Send us your order details

Email or call us with your order confirmation, plus the incarcerated individual's full name, DIN and facility.

03 We pick up, pack and ship

We pick up your order, pack it to NYS DOCCS rules and ship it directly to the facility.

● EBT benefits can only be used for SNAP-eligible food items.

● Our pick-up, packing and shipping fee is paid separately by card, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App or money order.

● Packages follow NYS DOCCS Directive 4911: up to 3 vendor food packages a month, 40 lbs combined. Choose commercially sealed items.

● Please double-check the DIN and facility before you send us your order.
