Place a grocery pickup order yourself at BJ's Wholesale Club (Freeport, NY) or Walmart (Uniondale, NY) and pay for the groceries with your EBT card at that store. We pick up your order, inspect and repack every item to meet NYS DOCCS package rules, and ship it to the incarcerated individual.

Price: $79.99 service fee + $5.99 flat-rate shipping (any package weight up to 40 lbs).

How it works

1. Place a pickup order on the BJ's or Walmart website or app and pay with your EBT card. Choose only DOCCS-approved items, and keep the order under 40 lbs.

2. Set the pickup name to Mamas Package Program.

3. Enter your pickup details below so we know your order was placed.

4. Check out here. Shipping is a flat $5.99.

5. We pick up, repack and ship your package within 48 hours.

Please note: The service fee and shipping are paid here with card, PayPal or another accepted method. EBT/SNAP benefits can't be used for service, delivery or shipping fees. Any item a facility won't accept can't be shipped. Packages must include the incarcerated individual's full name and DIN.
